Jo (JoJo) Joinson

She/Her

Jo Joinson, a passionate Scouser and Earper, has been a co-director at every EarpFest event, bringing her expertise in event management, disability services, and inclusion. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to accessible experiences, Jo ensures every fan has a memorable and welcoming time at EarpFest. When she's not planning events, she works for Liverpool Football Club, where she combines her skills to enhance accessibility and community support. Jo’s dedication to both EarpFest and her hometown shines in every event she helps create.

Cathy Brown

Cathy Brown, a proud Canadian and dedicated nurse, has been a consistent volunteer for Earp events since the first EHCon and with the EarpFest team from the beginning. With expertise in event management, communication, inclusivity, and health and well-being, Cathy ensures that EarpFest is both welcoming and safe for all attendees. Her background in healthcare and deep love for the fandom bring a caring touch to each event she supports. Cathy's warmth and commitment make her an invaluable part of the EarpFest team, helping create a positive experience for every fan.

Liz Brown

Liz Brown, an Australian former healthcare worker turned teacher, brings their strong commitment to inclusivity and community as a co-director of EarpFest from the very first event. With a background in event management, social media, and communication, Liz ensures the event reaches and resonates with fans from all walks of life. Their diverse skill set and dedication to creating welcoming spaces make them a driving force behind the scenes. Liz’s passion for inclusivity and connection shines through every aspect of EarpFest, creating an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.
